WHAT A WEDNESDAY!

We have been so busy these last two weeks....we even forgot to blog! Our days have been packed full of fun and work. Today we began the day with Mrs. Atkins in library and a speedy snack when back in class. Music was fantastic, as always...thank you Mrs. Calloway! In math, we are finishing our review of addition and subtraction and beginning our journey into multiplication. In reading, we continued to read our adventure books by Gary Paulsen and we were given our next non-fiction packets. Some of us are working on comprehending a rebate form while others are delving into a set of board game rules. Our weather unit in science continues, and today we experimented with and discussed two parts of the water cycle. We also talked about water exhibiting three of the four phases of matter. In history, Mr. Evans shared Native American artifacts and began our study of the First Americans. What an exhausting day, and we didn't even have recess!
